Industrial AI for frontline teams

The intelligence layer for your production floor.

Every event captured, every action tracked, every shift in sync.

Shopfloor AI turns operational data into clear, actionable intelligence. Operators capture issues by voice, photo or text; AI structures them into incidents, shift reports and root-cause recommendations.

How it works

Shopfloor AI turns everyday operations into a continuous learning loop.

Every operational event becomes an opportunity to make the next shift, line or factory better.

The outcome of every cycle feeds the next one. Select a stage to explore it.

Stage 1 of 5

Capture

Make it effortless to capture what is happening — by voice, photo or text, or by scanning the equipment’s QR code, straight from the line.

Example“Film is drifting again after the format change.” Twelve seconds, spoken on the packaging line.

In practice

From the line to the decision, in one shift

  1. Capture on the line

An operator records a seal-jaw jam on the filling line: one photo, one voice note.

The Shopfloor AI home screen for Line 3, Filling, with the capture menu open: photo, scan, voice or text, over the shift's due checks and latest events.
  2. AI structures it

The capture becomes a structured event — category, line, asset and shift filled in, with a one-line summary and a suggested follow-up.

The shift review for Line 3: each voice note and photo already turned into a tagged event, such as a conveyor jam with 12 minutes lost, with two cards waiting for the operator to confirm the AI's reading.
  3. Supervisors act

The daily report writes itself from every shift, with the day's priorities already drafted. Repeat issues get a root-cause review, not another quick fix.

The supervisor's desktop console: the AI-drafted daily production report for Sunday 4 October, with a management summary, safety, quality, delivery, cost and people review, the day's priorities and KPI trends, ready to publish.

Supervisor · end of shift

Your handover, already written

Every line's events and handover roll into one shift report, with what needs you at the top. Review it, generate, hand over.

The consolidated shift report for the evening shift on 5 October: safety, quality, production, maintenance, materials and people rated red, amber or green, then each line's handover, with Line 3 marked as needing the supervisor.

Why Shopfloor AI

Most of the shop floor never reaches your systems. We change that.

The old way

  • Paper logs and whiteboards that nobody reads twice
  • Shift handovers from memory
  • The same problem fixed five times
  • Root cause decided in the meeting room
  • Near-misses that go unreported

The Shopfloor AI way

  • Voice, photo and text capture, even offline
  • Shift reports and handovers generated for review
  • Repeat issues flagged across 30 days
  • Guided fishbone analysis with a recommendation
  • Near-misses reported from the line, each one ranked by severity

Integrations

An intelligence layer on the stack you already run

No rip-and-replace. Shopfloor AI runs alongside your systems and adds what they can't capture.

MES and CMMS connections next

Read-only connections to manufacturing execution and maintenance (CMMS) systems are on our roadmap. No write-back.

ISA-95 data model

Built on the ISA-95 manufacturing standard, with your plant's own labels on top.

Works without an MES

Start with capture alone and connect systems later.

From the pilot

What a 90-day pilot measures

Every pilot starts with a baseline from the plant’s current paper or spreadsheet process, then tracks the same four numbers each week. We’ll share results here once our pilot customer approves them.

Safety

Near-misses reported per week

How many reach a report, before and after, and how many were high severity.

Handover

Handovers completed on time

The share of shifts that end with a completed handover for the next team.

Follow-up

Open items closed, not carried

How many issues are closed within three shifts instead of passed on again.

Losses

Downtime logged with a cause

Hours of stops captured with a reason, so the biggest losses can be ranked.
